Please identify the product and describe the information you need. For an individually photographed mineral specimen, include the item number or product title whenever available.

For Questions About an Existing Order

Please include:

your order number;

the name and email address used at checkout;

the product involved; and

a clear description of the question or problem.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information by email or through the contact form.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Merchandise

For damage or an incorrect item, contact us promptly and include photographs of:

the outside of the shipping package;

the shipping label;

the internal packaging; and

the product and any damage.

Please retain the product, shipping carton, label, and packing materials until the issue has been resolved.

Returns
